Aesop, however, manages all this information for you. The system can prevent employees from being assigned or offered shifts if all their checks are not in place. Eliminate costly overtime expenses using Aesop’s “Work Profile” functionality. Once employees work their contracted hours, they are no longer eligible to accept additional shifts for that given time period—all handled automatically! If the NUM decides to manually assign an employee outside of the contracted hours, Aesop will show an alert that the employee will be in overtime. Aesop can be set up to use employees from numerous staffing pools such as perm, perm part time, casual or even agency before you offer shifts to employees in the overtime pay bracket.
