Eliminate costly overtime expenses using Aesop’s “Work Profile” functionality. Once employees work their contracted hours, they are no longer eligible to accept additional shifts for that given time period—all handled automatically! If the NUM decides to manually assign an employee outside of the contracted hours, Aesop will show an alert that the employee will be in overtime.
